Since these factors are beyond our control, no refund or replacement will be issued for gift card codes once delivered. Customers must take full responsibility when placing an order for gift cards. Therefore, we recommend that customers only place an order if they fully agree with these terms and conditions.
2. Return Policy

No returns: All sales are final. Once a gift card code is issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Support for issues with the code: In case of any issues with the code, please contact our support team directly. We only sell gift card codes sourced from legitimate stores in the USA.

Time frame for complaints: Customers must notify BuyGiftCardsNepal.com of any issues related to digital products within 5 days of purchase. After this period, we will no longer take responsibility nor offer any action regarding complaints. No refunds will be issued after the 5-day window.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the product they purchase is compatible with their device, region, and settings. Once the purchase is made, it is assumed that the customer has checked all relevant compatibility details.
